Currently, our Priority tier has a turnaround time of 3 weeks and our Standard tier has a turnaround time of 75+ business days. Items with a listed Fair Market Value over $500 will default to the Priority Tier. Our recasing tier has a turnaround time of 30 days and only applies for items previously graded by CGA. Please note turnaround times are estimations and are determined once your payment is received.
2. SELECT UPGRADES
The following upgrades are offered with our grading services:
UV Upgrade: Our UV-resistant UF-5 material blocks out 99% of harmful spectrums of light and is recommended to help protect the longevity of your collectible.
Grading Summary: A document completed by our grading department that includes a diagram of the item and a description of its flaws.
Cleaning: Item is gently cleaned to remove dirt, debris, and sticky residue if possible.

Items with a listed Fair Market Value of $500 will default to the Priority Tier. Items over $5,000 will be charged 2.5% of the listed Fair Market Value.

*Please note, some rare production figures that previously required CIB authentication, such as Double Telescoping Saber figures, Vinyl Cape Jawas and certain foreign variants, will no longer require CIB authentication and CIB COAs will not be issued when these figures are graded.
Currently, we are not accepting pre-production figures from vintage Star Wars or other toy lines, production figures with additional history (such as photo sample and engineering pilot), or mailers and other custom items.
