CGA Is Building for the Future with Move to Nearby Facility

What You Need to Know
CGA is entering an exciting new phase. As part of our ongoing investment in better technology, faster turnaround times, and a stronger team, we are relocating to a new, nearby facility in Roswell, Georgia. The move allows us to fully optimize operations and was designed specifically to support the evolving needs of our customers and staff.

Key Information

• Our new facility officially opens August 18.

• Starting August 18, customers may begin shipping to:
  Collectible Grading Authority
  1250 Northmeadow Parkway, Suite 110
  Roswell, GA 30076

• This new facility was custom designed by the new ownership team to create a best-in-class layout and workflow

• We’ve hired multiple key team members to strengthen order processing, customer care, and operations

• This move allows us to improve turnaround times and modernize the customer experience

• Submissions received during the transition (August 18 to September 2) will be safely queued and processed in the order received

• Both the current and new facilities will be fully staffed during the move to ensure all items are secure and accounted for

Important Notes

• Priority submissions will continue to be accepted during the move. However, the two-week turnaround clock will begin once operations resume on September 2

• Standard submissions will also be accepted and placed in the queue as received, with normal turnaround timing resuming September 2

• During this transition, a forwarding system and dedicated staff at both sites will ensure all submissions are safely received and processed.
